![]() ![]() Two hours to go! This is going to be a long miserable weekend. Although as I sit here for hours on end, there a smiley one helping the few customers that wonder in. Woman at registration doesn’t even make eye contact from her paper stamping and says, “I guess somewhere around 8.” I can see this must be a managerial issue. I go to the front desk again and ask when is the earliest I can check in. Security wakes me says I need to keep my eyes open. I’ll sit in the lobby and wait the entire night on principle alone!! I’m also 100% clearly (cane enabled) disabled veteran. ![]() He said, “that’s what you get when you don’t reserve a room in a hotel that almost full.” Oh, no he did not! Now I’m a man of means and can afford it but not with that statement. I mentioned that was high for the Orleans. Asked for a room to be added to my two days that were already booked, as my very large group said it wouldn’t be a problem. Greeted by a not-so-nice stoic registration clerk. After a delayed flight and two hours of lost luggage I finally arrive frustrated and exhausted but still friendly at 1:30am. ![]()
